- For international customers, we don’t hire gowns. We sell brand-new gowns that are often better value than local hire, and you keep yours.

Is this a robe-only collection or full sets?

- Both. Some listings are robe only, and others are sets with items like a hood and mortarboard. Check “What’s Included” on each listing.

What’s the difference between robe only and a set?

- A robe-only listing is just the gown. A set adds items such as a hood or mortarboard. Choose based on your university’s dress requirements.

How do I choose the right size?

- Use the size and height guide on the product page. If you’re between sizes, pick the size the guide recommends for the best drape.

Is the fabric comfortable for long ceremonies?

- Yes. Our gowns use breathable premium fabric designed for comfort through long ceremonies.

How long does delivery take?

- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, and the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

- We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, including a wrong size or color choice, so please check the size guide and your university’s dress rules before ordering. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email tyg.hk@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
